		<description>Thank you for speaking about stretching and warming up before a workout. Many do not warm up properly which can quickly lead to muscle sprangs or worst. I found out the hard way what can happen when a person does not warm up for a fitness session. I was unable to bench press for a year because of swelling in my shoulders from not stretching properly. Now I do it religiously. Thanks for the post.
