  • I started to maintain a training log since a year and now i see how indispensable it is, now i can see in the paper there are many things that dont worked well for me when i did it, if the numbers dont change i know i have to do a diferent thing in that specific body part

  • I started keeping a log years ago as a way of primarily PLANNING everything I wanted to do at they gym for each workout. I saw so many guys go to the gym and say they were going to do chest or legs with no real plan on how they were going to train that day. When you SEE progress you know you’re on the right track. You know you can continue to grow and meet your goals.

  • Its true that it makes you looks awesome in front of the camera, with light shining from each pack of your abs but sorry to say,they’re not fighting fit.Why are people so obsessed with body building when body builders aren’t actually the fittest people.

  • I’m currently working on losing some body fat, then i’m going to focus on building up my body a little for a more toned look. I’ve changed my diet already to a low fat diet, but I was wondering what is the best way to prepare eggs and keep all of the vitamins and protein. I know Rocky style is probably the best but i don’t think I could handle that lol, plus I don’t want salmonella.Any other Tips are greatly appreciated!
