		<description>I was fat back later (93.5kg) now reduced 17 kg&#039;s and still working out to make my body perfect but some day ago i come to know from people of my family that my face was more attractive when i was fat and due to bodybuilding it&#039;s now looking much older then my age.And now i am little scared cause the bodybuilding surely affect the face too,so how i keep my body and face both perfect.</description>

		<description>Perhaps it&#039;s my mid-life crisis - but, at 45, I&#039;ve started into a five year mission to gain muscle.

By the time I&#039;m 50 years old, I want a commanding back, wide shoulders and an impressive set of pecs.  My arms will be like pistons and my legs will look like tree trunks.

We&#039;ve all see them.  These anomalies who just keep living a youthful existence right up until they drop dead. 

Yep, that&#039;s me. I say we should watch our diet carefully and stimulate our bodies maximally - no matter what our age!
