Firstly, gaining quality muscle comes down to equipment. You should first look at designing a diet that will provide the body the materials to build muscle and a body building workouts that will encourage muscle growth. I agree, if you exercise and it is not in conjunction with a well balanced all that training is not going to do you any good. Your diet is more important than the exercises you do. If your diet do not consist of foods to aid you in building healthy muscle you will not grow as much as you would hope to. Nice post.
