The 3 Different Steps of Muscle Gaining

Before you start on hitting the gym without knowing what to do, I want to teach you about the 3 principles of body building. These are key to understanding and knowing what it takes to pack on some serious muscle. After you learn these and apply them into your routine, you will not be disappointed. They are essentially the building blocks of muscle building, and without them, you might as well not work out. You will not see the results without them.

Step one in gaining muscle is muscle stimulation. This is what the exercises at the gym are going to do. Any exercise that you do to focus on the muscle will technically work it out. In order for muscles to grow, you have to work them harder than its used to. Your muscles will grow to adapt to the load of weights. This is why it is so important to keep increasing the amount of weight you lift, because if you want to keep stimulating and growing your muscles each time.

The second step is nutrition. This is one of the most important things about muscle building, and it usually gets skipped over. You won’t be putting normal gas in a sports car would you? No, you put premium fuel into that beast, so why put junk food and supplements into your body? It’s the same thing, just start eating healthy 4-6 meals a day. You are going to have to find a good meal plan for you.

Step 3 is simple, sleep. Do this by taking 6-8 hours out for sleep. This is important because you are going to have to give your body time to repair itself and use up the nutrients you ate. If you aren’t resting right, then you could halt your results. Get some normal and healthy sleep and I promise you success.

What are your body goals. Would you like to get toned, lose fat or gain muscle? Just like I covered before, you need to get a work out routine and a diet plan. Then its time to get in the mindset to train. Remember the no pain no gain saying? Nothing in life comes easy, and your new body sure doesn’t. You are going to work out harder and faster than you ever have before. You will get sore.

The biggest misconception about losing fat and body building is that it is actually really hard to do. Not very true. Eat right and work out regularly, and you’ll have no problem getting your dream body.

If you want to gain serious muscle, then you will have to do serious free weight training. This means using compound exercises to bulk up. If you just want to lose fat, then heavy cardio and light machine work. This way you stimulate your metabolism and start burning fat like crazy. Either way you choose to go, getting healthy is a very good decision. Feeling healthy and fit cannot be replaced by any other feeling in the word. It is time to start working on that new body! This body ain’t going to build itself, so hop off your computer.
