4 Tips on How to Gain Muscle Fast

If you are like most people today, then you have a hard time packing on muscle. Yeah you will start to get into better shape and see some results, but you will eventually plateau like most. Try to eat small-medium meals every 2-3 hours. This will use less energy to digest a meal and more burning fat and making muscle. It takes a lot of time to digest food. You aren’t about to swallow a whole plate of fries whole are you? Your body digests just how you eat, slowly and not at once.
