My name is Eddie Booker and I always wanted to be like Arnold Schwarzenegger, but the fact is that i was a too skinny for that. I always wanted to know what is the ideal Arnold Schwarzenegger bodybuilding program would be like. And here’s what i came up with. There are many different body building plans that either stunted or shortly halted your progress, so I’d like to tell you about some interesting things that I’ve noticed and commonly came across. My first steps in Body Building.

You might ask why Schwarzenegger? Well, Arnold Schwarzenegger Bodybuilding philosophy is what i was looking for. Arnold has made healthy life-style, healthy diet and fitness a top priority for many people all over the world. His bodybuilding style proved that everybody who has an intendance to be a great bodybuilder could realize their dreams. Arnold Schwarzenegger is a self-made man who had built his career by reinventing himself – from difficulties to great achievements, from body builder to actor and now to governor.

I’ll keep my discussion brief so that I don’t have to reminisce about all the time and money I’ve wasted on muscle building programs or bodybuilding workout routines. Trying four or five programs that were exactly how I started before succeeding. This muscle building program will help anyone build muscle fast, no matter the size. I was a little skeptical at first and tried to convince myself not to try it, but, honestly, I think I was suckered in by the sales page. You’ll know what I’m talking about once you’re actually there. I am amazed that the material appeared to be geared towards someone like myself, who has a very small build. This program works, trust me.

The guy is trying to be a fitness trainer; however, he should have become salesmen instead. I was amazed at what I found when I wound up purchasing the program.

I began to see in a very short period of time, and truly remarkable results. I currently weigh an amazing 173 pounds. I’d say its belike almost all ruffian. I was so pleased with the results I decided to get rid of my chubby girlfriend and look for someone who is as fit as I am. Maybe a female bodybuilders, lol :) . OK, I am somewhat conceited, however, if you worked to obtain a physique and biceps similar to the one I and many individual body builders maintain, chances are you would be conceited as well.

When you’re a skinny dork like me, it’s easy to be humble. By the way, thank you for allowing me to brag a little and increase my ego.

Lastly, I would have to say that any program or weightlifting program out there may or may not work to you, there is no guarantee. And no one could guarantee that you’ll get amazing results just with this specific program. Different people have different body types, genes and metabolisms along with many more differences. A body building plan that is successful for you will not necessarily be the right one for a different person. The reverse is also true. Where body building is concerned, every person is unique. So, rather than demand, “What’s the greatest available program or what’s the best plan?” Perhaps another way of approaching this is by asking “which program out of all them is the ideal one for me?” Finding a program that is geared towards you is one of the most important things.

It remains to be seen whether or not I will be able to assist you. As I don’t personally know anything about you, I am not privy to your body building situation. I can explain what worked well for me in my particular situation. This was before I had almost achieved the body of my dreams – I’m still working on this, but I’m almost there.
